Today I went down to the garden to pick the last of our asian pears. They were so crisp, sweet and refreshing! I also plucked off the remainder of our grapes and grabbed a handful of fresh mint!
I chopped up the asian pear to add to my spinach, beet, roasted red pepper salad, and fresh red onions from Brookdale Farms. I then topped it off with parmesan petals and drizzled with balsamic reduction. I had fresh mint, and lemon water to complete my home fresh salad!
So tasty after finishing a hot yoga class at Moksha
