Cake Decorating

Jes and I both decided that we weren't quite busy enough and a cake decorating class on Tuesday nights was a fun idea!   Last night was the first one and we had so much fun learning the basics!   Shirley was our instructor and she has taught over 3000 students!!   She did this whole cake from start to finish (including cutting and layering with bavarian cream) in just over 5 min!!!!   Wow!!

Then it was the classes turn to try their hands!
