Tis the Season...For Pumpkins!

Tonight for dinner I made a roasted garlic, pumpkin and butternut squash soup!  I added fresh pureed ginger for an extra kick!  It was so so tasty.  It also allowed Ted and I to have pumpkin seeds while watching our movie tonight ;-))
