Today I went to the Kelowna Farmers Market and picked up some amazing fresh cilantro....so that is what inspired my dinner tonight. A lime, jalapeño, cilantro, chicken! I went to T-Bone's to get chicken breasts. Then I blended garlic, fresh spring onions (from the market today), fresh lime chunks and the juice of 2 limes, EVOO and of course the beautiful cilantro!!! I set them to marinate for 4 hours in a Ziploc bag.
I will serve with new, red skinned, potatoes, & fresh radishes from the market today.

These are the organic, just picked, strawberries I got at the market today!!! Nothing like these sweet drops of heaven!!
